Two new KSeF regulations
On November 27 on the pages Government Legislation Center Two new regulations have appeared that have a huge impact on the way invoices are generated within National e-Invoice System (KSeF). In many cases, the new regulations will maintain the existing solutions, but will also introduce new regulations.
The draft regulation regarding the National e-Invoice System defines:
- The scope of data that will contain the QR code and how it is used
- Changes in the scope of powers applicable to KSeF
- Permission management in KSeF
- ZAW-FA notification template
- Ways and methods of authentication of companies and public entities using KSeF
- The scope of data enabling access to invoices structured in KSeF
- Method of marking e-Invoices issued under KSeF
- Method of marking invoices issued outside the KSeF system
