Below is a summary of some of them:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Entering consumer invoices into KSEF<\/strong>: The potential benefits and challenges of incorporating B2C invoices into the KSEF system were discussed, considering the best solutions for users and the system.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The issue of identification numbers for flat-rate farmers<\/strong>: The issue was raised of difficulties with identification numbers for certain professional groups, such as farmers, which affects the process of issuing invoices and receipts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Risk related to the obligation to issue invoices<\/strong>: The risk of non-compliance with the obligation to issue invoices and potential solutions to avoid such situations were discussed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Definitions and qualifications of retail sales<\/strong>: Differences between legal definitions and practical needs were pointed out, especially in the context of retail sales and tax obligations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The impact of consumer invoices on transaction records<\/strong>: The consequences of introducing consumer invoices to KSEF for the transaction recording process were considered, including potential simplifications and burdens.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automation and consumer identification<\/strong>: Possibilities of automating processes and easier identification of consumers in the KSEF system were discussed, which could solve some of the problems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Complexity of the invoicing procedure<\/strong>: Difficulties related to the invoicing process were pointed out, especially in the context of future obligations for entrepreneurs in the KSEF system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These are just some of the topics and problems discussed during the meeting.
